Loans Boxes for Educational purposes

 

Our Loans Box service is again free of charge to schools and home educators. A small charge of £15 per box for up to two weeks is made for care homes and all other individuals and organisations wishing to use this service.

Any one user or institution may borrow a maximum of 2 boxes at the same time. Extended periods of hire may be agreed with Bailiffgate for an additional charge (please telephone on 01665 605847)

 

Loans Boxes for any other (non-educational) purpose cost £15 inc. VAT for each two week period of hire Extended periods of hire may be agreed with Bailiffgate for an additional charge (please telephone on 01665 605847)

How to Book

Free and paid for loans boxes are booked online (if you have any questions, please telephone on 01665 605847)·

  • Click on the calendar below to check the dates you want are available and reserve your two week period from Saturday to Saturday (please note if you exceed the 14 days it will not allow you to book)· Click on the ‘Sponsored or Not’ drop down to confirm whether you qualify for the free loans box or whether you need to pay the fee
  • Click on Book Now to complete your booking
  • Complete relevant details and Proceed to Checkout

Please note: All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and users must collect and deliver the loans boxes back to Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery (open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm). Loans Boxes and any additional items not contained in the loans box must be returned by at least the stated return date.
