Adeline from Cumbria was the proud winner of this year’s Bailiffgate Ghost Hunt.
The competition ran over the school half term weeks of Scotland and England. Participants had to find the 24 ghosts hiding around Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery, encouraging children to look carefully all around the exhibits. The prize was a gift voucher for W H Smith.
Above is a photo of Adeline with her chosen prize, a copy of “The Magic Finger” by Roald Dahl. It’s the story of The story of a little girl with magical powers. When someone makes her angry, she zaps a punishment on them with her magic flashing finger. Our advice is, don’t make Adeline angry, whatever you do !
