Our Loans Box service is again free of charge to schools, childminders, home educators and youth organisations.
A small charge of £15 per box for up to two weeks is made for care homes and all other individuals and organisations wishing to use this service.

Please contact the office by telephone during working hours or by email to ask@bailiffgatemuseum.co.uk to check the dates you want to loan this box are available.
When you have agreed a satisfactory period, then select whether you are a sponsored or not and click on Add to Basket to process your booking, stating the period you want to borrow the box for in the Order Notes on the Checkout page.
Please note: All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and users must collect and deliver the loans boxes back to Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery (Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm, Sundays 11am-4pm)). Loans Boxes and any additional items not contained in the loans box must be returned by at least the stated return date. You may return them early but note we are not open on Mondays.
