Loans Box : Post WW2 Life
KS 2
Subjects: History, Science, Technology
Post WW2 life was still dominated for a considerable time with the privations created by wartime shortages. Meat was the last item to be de-rationed and food rationing did not end completely till 1954. Nevertheless there was a gradual rise in conditions for ordinary people and a return of consumer goods-witness the 45 rpm singles in this box.
