The person you would most like to have met may be an ancestor, or just an amazing person from history. This meeting, open to all gives you the opportunity to share and hear someone you most admire, or whose story most moves a member of the discussion group. We love to meet new people and her their stories.
Members of the NDFHS, including its Alnwick branch enjoy a range of benefits to help them discover more about their ancestors and hence who they “really are”. This includes access to a wide range of excellent speakers on Family History-related issues and events
All evening meetings are on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month. They begin at 7.15pm with refreshments in Bailiffgate Museum, Alnwick. (speaker begins at 7.30pm). Programme of Speakers
Entry is free to members of the Northumberland and Durham Family History Society www.ndfhs.org.uk .
Non-members are always welcome to attend and there is no fixed charge. They will, however be invited to make a donation of £2.50 towards refreshments and room hire costs .
Free refreshments are included in your entry.
(Booking is not compulsory but bookings do help us plan refreshments etc )
