Jill Middlemas
From an early age art has always been an important part of my life and a way of escaping from difficult times and an illness which results in constant pain and immobility. Lockdown has been a familiar experience for me and I find art helps me to be creative and engaged. I enjoy using digital media such as YouTube and Procreate and I research themes on street art and Pinterest to put ideas together to create my own images. Alongside this I love to draw portraits of both people and animals and look for faces which capture mood and feeling.
