Photographs

New for the Bailiffgate in 2016, we have stunning prints and cards produced by Lee Kershaw, entitled Northumbrian Images.

Lee Kershaw lives just south of Alnwick on the glorious Northumberland coast.  Lee took to photography whilst recovering from a very serious illness. An electrician since 1981 and now unable to do this line of work, Lee wasn't content sitting back- so he studied hard whilst recovering and developed new skills. From a very early age Lee has always been a keen artist and applies this perspective and passion to his photography.

Now seeing the world in a different and more inspired way, Lee would like to share the beauty of Northumberland from a personal perspective as captured through the camera lens, and motivated by a love of this fantastic part of the world. All prints are professionally printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper at 300 dpi and guaranteed fade resistant for 150 years.

Ailsa is fascinated by the emotional response created by colour and its positive effect on wellbeing. Having suffered with stress and anxiety she appreciates these benefits on a personal level. Her colourful artwork has enabled her to turn a negative situation into a positive one by starting her own business.
