Why do we call ourselves Rebel Rag Ruggers?
A Rebel Rag Ruggers work of Art
As people have been rag rugging for centuries there are quite a few traditional "rules". We call ourselves the Rebel Rag Ruggers because although we respect and value traditional rag rugging methods, we also think that you don't have to stick to the traditional rules. We find that people learn best when they are relaxed and having fun experimenting, rather than worrying about not doing things the "proper" way. So don’t worry, you don’t need to be good at art, drawing, or sewing to rag rug.
